Deep Creek is a deed restricted residential community located in the north east section of Charlotte County. Deep Creek is a relatively new community and many of the homes, villas, and condos available here are less than ten years old. The community was well planned by its developers, P.G.I. Inc., and is served by a central water and sewer system, street lighting and miles of open green space known as "greenbelts". The greenbelts add privacy and preserve open views throughout the community. Deep Creek was also planned with many freshwater lakes and you will find many homes and condos in the community with lakefront views. Many golfing enthusiasts are drawn to the homes and condos built around the lovely green fairways of Deep Creek Golf Club.

Other attractions to Deep Creek are the close proximity to shopping, churches, restaurants, golfing and I-75 which easily takes you north or south. Deep Creek elementary school is a newer school located at the southern edge of the community. Deep Creek Preserve is a 2000-acre nature preserve bordering the community. Along the hiking trails which wind through the preserve you can see the unspoiled natural habitat of Southwest Florida.
